3 Circuit Fiery (Bet Now:  $SP.00) looks the one to beat. He ran over this track/distance several weeks ago when off speed and found the line well enough in defeat behind Lucky Man. He was several weeks between runs there so he has good upside to come and now gets Purton to steer.

5 Foremost Teddy (Bet Now:  $SP.00) comes back to 1400m after racing over the mile at Happy Valley. He got into a lovely spot near the speed and presented to win but just couldn’t quite get there when a close up fourth. Back to 1400m and a tricky gate, but is racing well and is a key chance.

1 Gallant Crown (Bet Now:  $SP.00) comes here with fresh legs, having not raced since May 21 over the mile at Happy Valley. He got back off the tempo and was never really a factor when down the track behind California Moxie. Blinkers back on and back to Class 5, he’s a definite improver.

2 Bingo Babe (Bet Now:  $SP.00) for me in an open contest. This guy ran down the straight here three weeks ago. He got back to near last in the run and while he was never threatening, he kept finding the line and was pretty good in defeat I thought. Up to 1200m, Zac on, he’ll do me.

4 King Oberon (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is racing well and should be around the mark. He ran over this track/distance three weeks back. He was wide no cover throughout but despite the hard run, he kept chipping away and was good in defeat behind Ruby Sailing. Better run in transit, he takes beating.

8 Spicy Knuckles (Bet Now:  $SP.00) comes here with fresh legs, having not raced since May 7 at Happy Valley. He got into a decent spot off speed and tried hard but couldn’t quite get there when fourth, but the race has produced two winners, so the form reads well and the tick over trial was encouraging.

6 Gentleman Legacy (Bet Now:  $SP.00) should eat up 2000m and with that in mind, looks the one to beat. He ran over 1800m here two weeks ago when back near last in the run and spotted those in front a start but I really liked the way he finished his race off in defeat when second to Joy Of Spring. Like him up to 2000m and strikes a winnable race for mine.

1 Fallon (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a threat. He was racing really well prior to racing at this track/distance where he just got too far out of his ground and while he was never a winning threat, he did make up headway and was pretty good in defeat. Can settle much closer in the run and be effective late.

4 Senor Toba (Bet Now:  $SP.00) has a good record at 2000m+ so I wouldn’t be penning him. He ran over 1800m at Happy Valley last start. He was wide no cover throughout and the hard run just told late in the piece, finishing down the track. Better set up here, a first four threat.

5 Copartner Fleet (Bet Now:  $SP.00) looks the good thing on the program. Son of Nicconi that debuted at this track/distance on May 25 when leading most of the way and gave a strong kick but was nabbed late by Voyage Boss. Tick over trial since was quiet, Purton sticks and I think with a bunny to chase, he’ll be far more effective.

8 Glorious Kingdom (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a son of Brazen Beau that is on debut. This guy hadn’t quite set the world on fire in trial work but his latest trial was impressive, winning by a space and ran decent time. Tricky draw but off the latest trial, he commands respect.

3 Basic Instinct (Bet Now:  $SP.00) comes back to 1200m after racing over 1400m here on May 31. He got into a nice spot in transit near the speed and tried hard but just lacked the finale to go with them late in the piece. His best is good enough so I wouldn’t pen him.

6 Double Win (Bet Now:  $SP.00) should appreciate the rise to 2000m after racing over 1800m his past two, the latest coming two weeks ago where he got back to near last in the run and was good late without threatening behind Kingly Demeanor. Maps to settle much closer in the run and Purton takes over.

9 Firefoot (Bet Now:  $SP.00) steps up to 2000m after racing over 1800m at Happy Valley last start. He attempted to lead throughout and gave a strong kick from the front but just couldn’t quite see it through when second to S J Tourbillon. Front end control, he’s dangerous.

2 Serangoon (Bet Now:  $SP.00) steps back to 2000m after racing over 2200m at Happy Valley. He got back to near last in the run and while he was never a winning threat, his finale was sound enough I thought. He’ll be strong late…not sure he wins, but a first four contender.

1 Lucky My Way (Bet Now:  $SP.00) on top for me. He was an impressive track/distance winner last time, giving them a start and a beating in an electric performance. He has found that winning feeling, he maps ideally and strikes what looks to be a very winnable race.

2 Solid Impact (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a key threat. He ran third over this track/distance last time, sitting off speed and was good late in the piece behind Aeris Nova. Purton takes over and despite the wide gate, I say he has to be given respect.

9 No Other Choice (Bet Now:  $SP.00) ran over this track/distance two weeks back. He got back to near last in the run and while he was never a winning threat, his finale was pretty good I thought behind Aerovolanic. He looks to have good upside to come, be strong late…knockout hope.

9 Fashion Legend (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a previous track/distance winner and is in positive form. Latest run saw him run third over 1200m here, getting back off speed and spotted those in front a tidy start but didn’t mind his finale in defeat behind Hinokarni Kagura. Up in trip, Purton on, he rates highly.

6 Precision Goal (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is several weeks between runs since racing at this track/distance, sitting near the speed throughout and tried hard but couldn’t quite see it through when second to New Forest. Tricky draw but a good racing style.

10 Leslie (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is several weeks between runs since racing over the mile at Happy Valley. He had a suck run in transit from gate one and tried hard but just couldn’t quite finish his race off. Tick over trial was good, he’s a first four contender.

3 Beauty Waves (Bet Now:  $SP.00) for me. He is several weeks between runs since racing over 1200m here in the Sha Tin Vase. He got into a decent spot near the speed and tried hard but just lacked the class to go with them late behind Helios Express. Like him back to a fast run 1000m and should be strong late.

2 Wunderbar (Bet Now:  $SP.00) comes back to 1000m after a strong win two weeks ago over 1200m here, giving them a start and a beating, knuckling down with purpose late to win and win well. Proven performer down the straight, rates highly for me.

4 Aurora Lady (Bet Now:  $SP.00) has run well down the straight previously and I do think back to 1000m is fine. He ran over 1200m at Happy Valley last time out when just off speed and tried hard but couldn’t quite finish his race off behind Kaholo Angel. One for exotics.

2 Riding Together (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is the straight bat play. He is a few weeks between runs since racing at this track/distance. He got into a decent spot near the speed and tried hard but just lacked the finale to go with them when third to Star Satyr. Gets Visors on first time and his recent trial was very sharp.

4 Audacious Pursuit (Bet Now:  $SP.00) should be better for the debut run, which came over 1200m here on May 25. He had a decent run just off the tempo and presented to threaten but was just a tad one paced in the run to the line behind Voyage Boss, but did run fourth and was beaten under two lengths. Tick over trial was good and do like him up to 1400m.

7 Viva Taste (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a son of Dundeel that is on debut. He’s had extensive trial work in readiness for start one, with three trials this prep. He hasn’t quite set the world on fire, but Blinkers on for the debut, drawn to get dragged back and finish off…include in multiples.

5 Mojave Desert (Bet Now:  $SP.00) has a great record on the dirt track and maps ideally. He has to step up to the mile but he has been flying lately over six furlongs, the latest start being an impressive win. The rise to the mile, I think, is fine, and maps to get a sweet run.

6 Chill Kaka (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is hard to beat despite the tricky gate. He hasn’t raced since May 10 at this track/distance when back off the speed and presented to threaten but just couldn’t quite get there when second to Dragon Air Force. Tricky gate but Purton sticks.

7 Kempes (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is one to watch from a market perspective. He resumed several weeks back over 1200m here, getting back in the run and was an eye catcher late behind Masterofmyuniverse. The mile on the dirt I find interesting but he is progressive and has good upside to come.

11 Rising From Ashes (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is the each way speck for the meeting. He ran over this track/distance three weeks ago. He got dragged back from the wide gate and was good late without threatening behind Superb Kid. Several weeks between runs there so fitter and with an ideal map to settle closer, he’s the each way play.

4 Top Dragon (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is progressive and heading in the right direction. He has won his past two, both at this track/distance and each time he has been impressive. The gate makes things hard but he looks a horse on the up and Purton is sticking.

2 Sugar Sugar (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is unknown at 1400m but his best is good enough to be a threat, his latest run being over 1200m here on May 8 when off speed and was never really a factor. Not a winning chance i say, but for wider exotics, he can be entertained.

LONG SHOT: Race Eleven Number 11 Rising From Ashes
