6 Sheradann (Bet Now:  $SP.00) for me in the opener. He ran over the two miles at Newcastle last start where he was off speed and worked home pretty well without really threatening when third. Racing like a rise in trip will suit and this isn’t an overly strong race.

8 Aggagio (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is seven years of age but maintains a healthy zest for racing, as seen over the two miles here just under two months ago when chasing the speed and he found under pressure to score. Good test here but think he measures up.

9 Zinc White (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a first four contender. He was on speed throughout over two miles at Beverley. He had his chance but stayed on and was sound in defeat. Not sure he wins but he can run top four.

4 Opera Ballo (Bet Now:  $SP.00) should be too good for these. He still does things but he has a big engine under the hood. He sss quite keen in behind the speed last time but was trucking before being asked and away he went. Destined for better races, keen.

1 Cosmic Year (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is an improver and a threat with his best. I think the track at Deauville was a bit too shifty for him but off his run behind Field Of Gold in the Irish 2000 Guineas, he’ll take holding out.

2 Diego Ventua (Bet Now:  $SP.00) has done little wrong in an eight start career and is one of the key chances. His French form is solid enough for a race like this. Does he need to improve to win? I say yes, but he’s a must for exotics.

15 Fantastic Fox (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is worth a throw at the stumps here. He resumed over the mile at Newcastle. He got off speed and kept chasing in a pretty good effort in defeat I thought. This is a tough assignment but he’ll be fitter and is drawn the right side of the track to take beating at a price.

1 Skukuza (Bet Now:  $SP.00) has to lump a massive weight but there is a reason for that. He has won his last two, the latest seeing him lead throughout and he was impressive in the run to the line. Ryan Moore on, he rates highly.

2 Two Tempting (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is one for exotics after a down the track effort at Sandown, he got into a reasonable spot near the speed and was there to threaten but just battled late. His best is good enough to see him pinch first four.

If 9 Asfoora (Bet Now:  $SP.00) brings her best, she has lengths on these. Just not sure she was ready to fire in the Kings Stand and just felt the pinch late. She’s hard fit now and from all reports, she is flying. If so, I think she has too much on this lot.

10 Big Mojo (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a beauty who tries hard, as seen in the July Cup at Newmarket when a narrow second, but according to ratings, that July Cup was a glorified Group lll, Group ll at best. But, he’s genuine and will be there.

3 Kerdos (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a knockout hope after racing over this trip at Sandown. He was quite keen in the run and that took something away from his finale I thought. First four contender I say.

2 Carrytheone (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is worth an each way ticket here for mine. He resumed at Chester over 1400m when back and wide in the run, and was never really a factor. Like him up in trip and he won’t mind juice in the track.

1 Liberty Lane (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is 1/1 at Goodwood and likes getting his toe in. He has been freshened up since the Wolferton at Royal Ascot when doing early work out wide and feeling the pinch. Better run in transit here, he’s dangerous.

All you can do is win and that is what 8 Divine Knight (Bet Now:  $SP.00) did on debut at Thirsk. The win had merit because he had to do early work to get on speed but he fought hard to fend them off. Interesting to see how he goes.

7 Try Storm Cat (Bet Now:  $SP.00) looks progressive and is hard to beat. He led throughout to win last start at Pontefract, being in complete control and was dominant on the line. Good racing style, off a win, he appeals.

1 Rising Power (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is 2/2 for Charlie Appleby and commands respect. Latest win was at Sandown where he led all the way and what I liked is that when under pressure, he found to fend them off. He’ll be around the mark I am sure.

2 Old Is Gold (Bet Now:  $SP.00) has been freshened up for Andrew Balding since contesting the Windsor Castle at Royal Ascot when near the speed and tired late. Back to this level, he can run a much improved race.

4 Yabher (Bet Now:  $SP.00) for me in the get out. Lot to like about his win at Sandown last start given he gave them a start and a beating, letting down strongly late to win. Good test here, not sure on wet ground, but he looks progressive.

3 Munsif (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a son of Sea The Stars that resumes for Roger Varian. He hasn’t raced since May 31 at York. He ran third but was raw, keen and seemingly new to the caper. Hopefully the break has matured him, watch the market.

8 Sea Of Kings (Bet Now:  $SP.00) looks a nice horse but is doing a few things wrong still. I think he wins last start at Kempton if he behaves but he got hot and bothered pre race. If he behaves, he can win.

BEST BET: Race Four Number 9 Asfoora

NEXT BEST: Race Two Number 4 Opera Ballo

LONG SHOT: Race Three Number 15 Fantastic Fox
