Key Adelaide Cup horse Yogi has been a late scratching in the race on vets advice despite training partners Ciaron Maher and David Eustace saying the horse was fit and the issue was simply the horses normal action.
Vets have ordered the scratching of Yogi from today’s Group Two Adelaide Cup at Morphettville after they found the horse to be lame prior to the running of the race despite connections suggesting it is the horses normal action and not an issue with the horse.
Yogi has been taken out of the Adelaide Cup an hour before the race after the vets ordered the scratching where he was a $13 chance in betting with Ladbrokes.
