The Adelaide Cupย is one of the most popular races held in South Australia each year.

The race is held at Morphettville Racecourse in Adelaide and is run over 3200m, the same distance as the Melbourne Cup. Despite this, no horse has won the Adelaide Cup/Melbourne Cup double since Subzero in 1992.
