1.Angel Capital: Angel Capital isn’t one of mine, I think he’s very much overrated, but this looks a race he can explode and spank them, but, he is a colt and his mind can be on other things at times. He is similar to Joliestar IMO in terms of being absolutely lethal fresh. If he can harness his energy better, he could easily just make a mess of these.
2.Ninja: Ninja looks ready to rock and roll. Michael Freedman trained four year old that resumes and looks to have returned in absolute beast mode off his trial work. He has looked full of running in the trials and I think is here to make an early statement re an Everest slot.
3.Napoleonic: Napoleonic is first up for O’Shea/Charlton, a stable that is in dynamic form in recent weeks. He resumes, his last run seeing him finish down the track in the Kingsford Smith. Trial work has been pretty good and is another that goes well fresh.
4.Midnight Dynamite: Madness why he’s here and not the Coffs Harbour Cup. 1500m to 1200m within three weeks, taking on proper class gallopers…not for me.
5.Way To The Stars: 1000m specialist…using this as a trial for the Moir maybe? He’ll lead and give a sight, but dare say will get the staggers.
6.Fully Lit: Has eyes on the Epsom you’d imagine and first up in nine/ten months, I say he’ll need the run.
7.Gangsta Granny: Gee she seems short. Class mare, quality mare, very genuine mare. But she is first up off one trial and hasn’t really proven herself against the big boys.
8.Aviatress: $126 looks unders.
