Belle Roc has suffered an injury ahead of the Queensland Oaks
Queensland Oaks filly Belle Roc will be scratched from Saturday’s field after a major injury at trackwork this morning.
The Brian Smith trained filly suffered major sesamoid injuries this morning in her work and will be sent for surgery tomorrow with the filly unlikely to race again.
Belle Roc was a $26 chance in Queensland Oaks odds with the TAB.
On The White Turf will now gain a start in the race.
