Boom Queensland 3YO Weona Nicconi has been sold to Hong Kong on the back of two ultra impressive wins at the Sunshine Coast.
Weona Nicconi who was trained David Vandyke has been sold to Hong Kong interests and will not race again in Australia.
The 3YO gelding by Nicconi had two career starts at the Sunshine Coast, winning both by considerable margins.
Weona Nicconi was being set for the Group 1 Queensland Derby before the sale was confirmed.
The sale price price has not been announced.
