Fifty Stars will back-up in the Australian Cup instead of heading to the All Star Mile
Saturday’s Group Two Blamey Stakes winner Fifty Stars will not make use of his wildcard entry into the $5m All Star Mile instead he will back-up in the Australian Cup at Flemington.
Fifty Stars was a gauranteed spot in the $5m All Star Mile after winning Saturday’s Blamey Stakes although connections have opted to run the horse on the quick back-up in the G1 Australian Cup.
Online bookmaker Ladbrokes had priced Fifty Stars at $13 in both Australian Cup odds and All Star Mile odds.
