Star WA mare Celebrity Queen has been sold for $2.5m at this evenings Inglis sale.
The Group One Oakleigh Plate winner was knocked down to Coolmore Australia on account of Holbrook Thoroughbreds for $2.5million at Inglis Riverside.
The lightly raced mare has amassed over $720,000 in earnings from fourteen starts with her last being a disappointing 13th in the Newmarket Handicap following her G1 Oakleigh Plate win where she dead heat with Portland Sky.
