2 Bull Rayner (Bet Now: $4.50) should love getting to 1400m after racing over 1350m two weeks ago at Doomben, closing strongly from off speed when third to the nice unbeaten juvenile Apex Predator. He’s got a stack of room for improvement and rising to 1400m, he takes beating.

6 Misato (Bet Now: $2.05) takes beating for Kris Lees after a win over this trip at the Gold Coast three weeks ago, sitting near the speed before being clicked up and away she went to win and win well. She has that 1400m run/win under the belt, which is a big tick against her rivals here.

4 Bold Envoy (Bet Now: $8.50) steps up to 1400m after racing over 1200m during the Rockhampton Carnival, getting a fair way out of his ground but was good late when second. Racing like 1400m suits and this isn’t a deep race.

2 Hovland (Bet Now: $3.20) is four weeks between runs since racing over this trip at Rosehill where he found a testing track and couldn’t quite pick up late behind Sacrify. Drops big time in depth, gets the claim and a kind map in his corner.

1 Felix The Scat (Bet Now: $3.10) is on the seven day back up after racing last Saturday over the mile at Doomben. He got into a reasonable spot in transit and was there to win but just whacked to the line. Like the rise in trip and his best is clearly good enough to take this out.

9 Krumac (Bet Now: $18.00) is racing like a rise to 1800m suits after racing over the mile at Doomben two weeks ago, settling just off speed and tried hard when third to Automne Tree. He’s racing like 1800m is ideal, as does the bigger track.

2 Acappella Sun (Bet Now: $11.00) looks to be humming for her return for Tony Gollan and bears watching here fresh. She resumes, having not raced since March 21 when down the track over 1400m. I think she is better suited at the short course aka here, trialled super…I think she’ll run a beauty.

5 Larado (Bet Now: $2.60) comes back to 1000m after resuming over 1110m at Doomben two weeks ago where he was tardy away, got back off speed and made up some ground but was never threatening when third to Let’sfacethemusic. Like him back to 1000m, can settle on speed and be hard to get past.

3 Arisphere (Bet Now: $11.00) is capable with her best for Tony Gollan. She ran over this track/distance last start when near the speed and tried hard but just felt the pinch late. Good racing style, claim, she’s dangerous at odds.

If 1 Esha (Bet Now: $3.00) runs to anywhere near her best, she wins, simple as that. She is now with Tony Gollan, her last run coming on Feb 7 at Caulfield when leading and tiring in the Peter Le Grand. New stable, trialled super, short course specialist, she takes a power of beating if she brings her best.

10 Racketeer (Bet Now: $4.00) was backed with confidence when racing over 1000m at the Sunny Coast three weeks ago. Unfortunately for his fans, he got too far back and spotted those in front too much head start but was good late. Just hope he can settle closer to launch late.

6 Naturally Lit (Bet Now: $14.00) has a tricky gate to overcome but is in the mix after a last start win in that Sunny Coast race from three weeks back, producing a brilliant finale from last to win. If he is within range, he has the finale to launch late.

5 Lennox (Bet Now: $3.90) was met with good market support at Doomben a fortnight back and did try hard from just off speed but just couldn’t quite finish the job when second to Chillaxing. Has upside/improvement to come and rising to 2200m is ideal.

7 Captain Maverick (Bet Now: $5.50) is finding it hard to win but is an honest animal that should be hard to beat after his effort two weeks ago at Doomben, closing strongly in the straight when fourth to Chillaxing. The extra 200m suits and if he can settle closer, he’ll be hard to hold out.

9 Farwest (Bet Now: $8.00) ran third over 2500m on Ipswich Cup Day before going to 2000m at Doomben two weeks back and was good late without threatening behind Chillaxing. Like the rise in trip and is dangerous if he can settle closer.

6 Automne Tree (Bet Now: $2.60) has won two on the bounce and commands respect. Latest win was over the Doomben mile a fortnight back, giving them a start and a beating in an impressive effort. His confidence is up, he can go on with it.

3 Livalittle (Bet Now: $4.60) steps straight up to the mile after resuming over 1200m three weeks ago at the Sunny Coast, getting back in the run but closed strongly behind Tornado Express. Fitter, up in trip, claim, he commands respect.

9 Diana’s Affair (Bet Now: $27.00) was somewhat of a forgive behind Kipling’s Journey two weeks back at Doomben given the stop/start nature of the race and he just couldn’t really get involved. Better set up here, he’s in the mix at a price.

8 Hurricane Lu (Bet Now: $23.00) is a good thing if the breaks go her way. The breaks haven’t gone her way her past two with zero luck in getting clear air, firstly at Doomben before the Sunny Coast three weeks ago. Bursting to win and I think this race is well within reach.

10 Smexy (Bet Now: $12.00) commands respect. Nat McCall trained filly that has been up a little while but is holding her form pretty well. She ran over 1350m at Doomben two weeks ago and just missed when a close up third to Navy Pilot in a driving finish. 1400m at Eagle Farm looks fine, she commands respect.

12 Trafalgar Square (Bet Now: $23.00) steps up to 1400m after racing over 1350m at Doomben two weeks back when off speed and didn’t have the clearest of paths but she did seemingly have her chance. Bigger track, 1400m, not dismissing her.

11 Sir Artie (Bet Now: $2.60) is flying for Team Archibald and for mine is one of the better bets on the program. He ran three weeks ago at Rosehill and was one of the real eye catchers from the back, closing with purpose and clocking good late splits. Hard fit, and just needs to settle closer to take a power of beating.

1 Anemacore (Bet Now: $8.00) is three weeks between runs since a third in the Glasshouse at the Sunny Coast, closing strongly from the back when beaten around a half length. Good track/distance record, he’s one of the hardest to beat.

6 Space Tracker (Bet Now: $15.00) steps up to 1400m after resuming over 1200m here four weeks back. He got into a decent spot just off the speed and was there to win but first up, condition just gave way late in the piece. Better set up here, he’s in the mix.

1 Hell (Bet Now: $4.00) is a Tony Gollan trained gelding that resumes. His last run was Feb 28 over this track/distance when leading and tiring late behind Hatchet. Given a good break and looks to have trialled up very well for the return so keen to see how he goes.

5 Bossed Up (Bet Now: $3.70) steps up to 1200m after racing over 1110m at Doomben two weeks ago, settling near the speed and was there to win but just couldn’t quite finish the job behind Zoubaby. Back up in trip on the bigger track, he commands respect.

11 Hermanita (Bet Now: $61.00) should be better for the first up run, which came at Doomben where she just looked in need of the run behind Restonica. Fitter, ideal map, I think she can run an improved race at odds.
