9 Sing Us A Song (Bet Now: $7.00) has been freshened up since the Copper Horse at Royal Ascot. He got keen behind the speed before taking the front at the top of the straight. He tried hard but just felt the pinch late. With better racing manners, he takes beating.

10 Valedictory (Bet Now: $3.20) was an impressive winner at Newmarket last start, giving his rivals a start and a beating in an impressive effort. Good test here but he’s a horse that is in form and will be strong at the end.

5 Stressfree (Bet Now: $51.00) was somewhat unwanted in betting last start in the Copper Horse at Royal Ascot. He got into a decent spot in transit but when asked for the effort, he was quite plain and flat in the run to the line. Hit and miss but his best is good enough.

7 Opportunity (Bet Now: $2.80) on top in what looks a two horse race. Impressive winner of the Duke Of Edinburgh at Royal Ascot, sitting off speed and was trucking before being clicked up and he got better as the race went on to win. 2400m looks ideal, keen on his prospects.

1 Al Aasy (Bet Now: $5.00) is a few weeks between runs since a first up win at Baverley, sitting back in the small field before being presented clear and let down with purpose to win and win well. Proven track/distance performer, he’s a leading contender.

3 Ghostwriter (Bet Now: $7.00) steps up to 2400m after resuming over 2000m in the Wolferton at Royal Ascot. He was near the speed and chasing the leaders but tired and felt the pinch late. Unknown at 2400m but good upside and I think with a more patient steer, he’s dangerous.

4 Goodie Two Shoes (Bet Now: $8.50) looks a big price here. Track was too wet when resuming at Limerick before going to Fairyhouse where she found firmer footing and ran a much better race when second. Proven big time performer at a staying trip and overall, this isn’t a deep contest.

3 Danielle (Bet Now: $4.60) has been given a mini freshen up since a Bronte Cup win at York on May 23, leading throughout and found plenty under pressure to fend them off and score. Good racing style, she’ll look the winner for a fair chunk of this race.

2 Consent (Bet Now: $5.50) was last seen in a French Group l over 3100m when tailed off last, seemingly really struggling on wet ground. Firmer footing here, I think she can run a much improved race at odds.

26 Evening Saigon (Bet Now: $17.00) each way for me. He comes through the Wokingham at Royal Ascot when off speed and was pretty good late without threatening, beaten under four lengths. Drawn to get good cover and be effective late. He’ll do me.

17 Far Above Dream (Bet Now: $7.00) ran fourth in the Wokingham. He was similar to Evening Saigon, sitting off speed and worked to the line pretty well when fourth. Drawn to get the outside fence and wind up late.

24 King Of Light (Bet Now: $34.00) is on the seven day back up after racing over 1000m last Saturday at Ascot down the straight. He was near the speed throughout and tried hard but just felt the pinch. 1200m is a query but has a good racing style.

3 We’re Goosers (Bet Now: $2.45) has been freshened up since the Britannia at Royal Ascot where he was a well supported favourite but didn’t fire a shot, finishing tailed off last. Prior efforts were very good and do think back to 1400m is a big tick.

1 Wild Desert (Bet Now: $12.00) was down the track in the Sir Henry Cecil. He was near the speed throughout and tried hard but just couldn’t sustain the run. That was his first run since September so with good upside/improvement to come, he commands respect.

11 Marengo Storm (Bet Now: $12.00) comes here off the back of a win over this trip at Newmarket, sitting back in the run before being angled wider for clear air and let down with purpose to score. A horse in really good form, down in the weights, he’s in the mix.

1 Al Wathba (Bet Now:  $SP.00) looks the clear top seed here for mine. He debuted over this trip at Newmarket, sitting near the speed throughout and tried hard but just couldn’t quite see it through when second to Haffner. Better for the run, will press forward and take a power of beating.

3 Charted Course (Bet Now: $5.50) comes through the Windsor Castle at Royal Ascot. H was near the speed and seemingly moving well but when asked for the effort, he whacked late. Did a good job on debut so back to maiden grade, he appeals.

8 Market Leader (Bet Now: $5.00) was a heavily backed odds on favourite when debuting over 1200m at Windsor but was tardy away and that pretty much sealed his fate, but I did like the way he kept chasing and finding the line in defeat. Better for the run and rising to 1400m, he’s one of the hardest to beat.

5 El Matador (Bet Now:  $SP.00) each way for me. He ran over the mile at Newcastle last start, trying hard from off speed and kept chasing in a good effort in defeat when third. He’ll be strong late…just hope he doesn’t concede too much head start.

3 Boyfriend (Bet Now: $8.50) comes back in trip after racing over 2000m at Sandown. He got back off speed and tracked up pretty well, finding the line nicely in defeat when third. If he can be within range, he’s got the finale to take this out.

8 Nostrum (Bet Now: $26.00) steps up to 1800m after racing over 1400m in the Bunbury Cup, getting into a decent spot in transit but whacked late. Think the rise in trip is ideal, and with a more patient steer, he can run an improved race.
