Moir Stakes favourite Anders has been ruled out of the race

Friday nights Moir Stakes favourite Anders will miss the race due to a minor set-back.

Anders who was the $2.50 favourite in Friday nights Group One Moir Stakes at The Valley will not line-up in the race due to a high temperature.

There has been no decision by co trainers Ciaron Maher and David Eustace as to where Anders will run next with talks he could head to The Everest or the Manikato Stakes however his main target still remains the Coolmore Stud Stakes at Flemington.
