Multiple Group One-winning jockey Luke Currie has returned to the saddle after his horror fall at Moonee Valley at the start of the year.
Luke Currie has returned to ride track work for the first time in close to six months following an incident at The Valley back in February where he fell off Yulong June past the winning post.
Currie who has scheduled an appointment with Racing Victoria’s chief medical officer to get a clearance to return to racing suffered two fractured ribs and a fractured C7 vertebra in the fall which needed surgery.
