Apprentice Adam Hyeronimus has been ruled out of Saturday’s Rosehill meeting after a trackwork fall at Randwick on Friday morning.
The 20-year-old had four rides at the meeting including Onthelookout in the Listed Civic Stakes (1400m).
Fellow apprentice Jason Collett replaces Hyeronimus on Onthelookout while Blake Spriggs will partner Big Bonanza in in the Perfection Fresh Handicap (1350m).
Ibrahim Gundogdu has picked up the rides on Flaming Circle in race seven and also Baci Amore in the final event of the day.
Hyeronimus is apprenticed to Randwick trainer Jason Coyle who said the young rider was expected to be out of the saddle until at least the latter part of next week.
“The kid is alright, he said he has a sore tailbone and he has got to go and see a specialist about one of his fingers but nothing seems to be broken,” Coyle said.
