Chief Victorian steward Terry Bailey has taken legal action over a Facebook group supporting the return of banned jockey Danny Nikolic.
Page owner Gary Pearce (jockey manager) has received legal action from Bailey’s lawyers over his group: Allow Danny Nikolic to ride.
Nikolic has been serving a ban from racing for allegedly threatening Bailey at a race meeting on September 20th, 2012.
