Enthaar dominates the market in this weekends Blue Diamond Stakes

A full field of sixteen horses have accepted in Saturday’s $1.5m Blue Diamond Stakes at Caulfield racecourse.

The feature two-year-old event in Melbourne the Blue Diamond Stakes has attracted Melbourne’s leading juveniles although a Sydney visitor Enthaar is the overwhelming $2.30 favourite with Sportsbet in early betting.

Enthaar has been dominant in her two career starts and was installed as the short priced favourite for the race months out and she has continued to firm until the barrier draw in which she has drifted from $2.00 out to $2.30 with bookies willing to risk her from barrier 14.

The Ellerton and Zahra trained General Beau paid up the $55,000 late entry fee to gain a start in the field and is a $7.50 chance in betting after drawing well with the Godolphin owned Anamoe also tipped to be a threat to the red hot favourite with the son of Street Boss the only other horse in single figures at $9.00.
