A Darren Weir trained galloper has been smashed shortly after markets opened for Flemington on Saturday.
Palentino didn’t fire in the Manfred Stakes first up but punters haven’t been deterred smashing the 3YO colt in Saturday’s CS Hayes Stakes seeing the Weir runners odds shorten from $3.80 into $3.20 shortly after the market opened.
River Wild heads the odds at $5.50 in a wide open betting race.
