2. Lindermann: Dry track, he’d be a knockout hope. But with rain about and a potential track with give in it, even with a soft lead…I am against him.
3. Trinity College: Was hard not to miss the finale of Trinity College in the Verry Elleegant. He was back in the run and while he was never a winning threat, he kept chasing and was quite good in defeat behind Autumn Glow. Fitter, 2000m, can settle closer, he’s one for exotics.
4. Aeliana: It’s hard to get away from Aeliana. She has run out of her skin in both runs back, the latest run seeing her push Autumn Glow all the way in the Verry Elleegant when a narrow second. Hard fit, 2000m, no Baby Winx here…it all points to her.
5. Stefi Magnetica: To me, she looks the ideal Queen Of The Turf horse…no idea why they are persisting with her as a 2000m horse.
6. Alalcance: Handy staying mare but not up to these.
