Je Suis Belle was odds on last start in the Swiss Ace at the Sunny Coast but didn’t quite finish her race off well enough behind Le Palmier ($7.5–$5.5). Back to Eagle Farm and with a more patient steer, she is expected to bounce back and punters agree, backing her into $3.80 from $5.
Favourite for the race is Shooting For Gold, back from a Melbourne prep. He has been a touch on the soft side, out to $2.90 from $2.60. At massive odds, there has been each way bets roll in for Doctor Zous, into $46 from $126.
