Over The Odds 18/3/2023 – Saturday’s Horse Racing Value Tips and Bets

Ladbrokes have got their markets out for racing this Saturday, and we have tried to find four runners that appears overs in betting.

Rosehill Race One Number 2 Vucetich ($12):

Vucetich has been pretty good since joining Robert Quinn and confident he can make it 2/2 this time in. Market wanted him at odds when resuming at Kembla Grange and the bets were landed. He gave them a start and a beating, rounding them up from near last for an impressive win. His overall form does read very well and off that sharp return, I think he’ll take beating here.

Rosehill Race Five Number 2 Sacred Satono ($67):

I reckon Sacred Satono is a great each way gamble. Quality three year old from New Zealand that ran against the big boys and girls in the Challenge Stakes and I thought he was very good in defeat behind Passive Aggressive. He drops miles in grade/depth here and maps to get a suck run in transit. With that in mind, plus a rise in trip, he only runs well IMO with strong form lines from here and back home in New Zealand.

Rosehill Race Ten Number 7 Written Beauty ($14):

Written Beauty is dangerous with a half positive ride. She’s had two runs back from a spell, each time seeing her sit near last in the run and never really threatening, but each time she has found the line with purpose and clocked pretty good late splits. She should just about be at peak fitness now and with a half positive ride here, I think she’ll take beating.

Morphettville Parks Race Eight Number 7 Ambidazzle ($11):

Ambidazzle returns to SA and gate one, down in the weights, I think she is a great each way gamble for Phillip Stokes. All three runs this time in have come in Victoria, the latest at the midweeks at Sandown when down the track behind a good mare in Unusual Culture. Saves her best for the Parks track and drawn gate one, doing no work, she’ll do me each way.
