The first foal of Champion mare Black Caviar to race Oscietra will resume at Moonee Valley tonight where she has been heavily backed to return a winner.
Oscietra has been somewhat disappointing in her short career when compared to her mother Black Caviar although connections will be hoping she can kick off her Autumn with a win at The Valley after breaking her maiden status at Geelong last preparation.
By Exceed And Excel the Black Caviar filly has had three career starts with a promising third on debut before breaking her maiden at Geelong although her last outing did not go to plan where she was well beaten at Flemington.
Oscietra is currently a $3.00 chance in the Ladbrokes 55 at 8:30PM and has been heavily backed since markets opened on Friday where bookies offered $5.00.
