Azazel looked sharp in a trial win at Cranbourne on Monday and the youngster has arguably been the best backed runner with Sportsbet.com.au to take out the Inglis Banner (1000m) this Saturday at Moonee Valley.
The Tony McEvoy trained son of Snitzel led most of the way to win that trial, and though pushed out, he did run pretty good time in comparison to other trials that morning. He opened a $15 chance to win and has been crunched sitting at less than a third of his opening price, now into $3.80.
Favourite for the race is impressive Randwick debut winner Luiza, who is $2.30 in from $3.70 after scratchings. Bed Talk ($19-$15-$17) has had a speck at odds.
