Australia is set to host additional World Pool meetings in 2026, with the total number of racedays expected to grow further, subject to approval from the Hong Kong government.
Golden Slipper day has been added to the World Pool schedule, with all 10 races from Rosehill to be commingled on March 21.
World Pool wagering will also be in place on Australian Guineas day at Flemington and Chipping Norton Stakes day at Randwick, with both meetings scheduled for February 28.
Each of the Australian racedays confirmed to date includes at least one Group 1 event that has featured in the International Federation of Horseracing Authorities’ Top 100 races within the past three years.
The confirmed Australian meetings, along with newly added South African fixtures, have received approval from the Hong Kong government, which oversees the operation of World Pool wagering.
A further three Australian racedays remain under consideration, including All Aged Stakes day at Randwick on April 18, Winx Stakes day at Randwick on August 22 and Memsie Stakes day at Caulfield on August 29.
