Boom 3YO and Group One winner Grunt will be having his first start in his four year old season but despite a star field in Saturday’s PB Lawrence Stakes at Caulfield he heads the markets.
Grunt wen’t unbeaten in his three year old season which included an impressive win in the Group One Australian Guineas and bookmakers are taking no risks with the now 4YO keeping him safe at the top of markets at $4.50.
On the second line of betting is last weekends Monash Stakes winner Voodoo Lad at $5.00 whilst Hartnell is right in the market at $5.50 with Black Heart Bart, Danon Liberty and Caulfield Guineas winner Mighty Boss rounding out the horses in single figures.
