Port Augusta Overview: Made him the best of the day thinking maybe he’d be around the $10-$11 so I’m really surprised he has come up the odds he has. Was really keen on him running well in the Port Augusta Cup last time and he did run well, but unfortunately ran fourth. The thing that cost him going close to winning was the fact that Fawke was boxed in nearer the inside and this horse is known to make a mid race move to find the front, so I’m sure Fawke will be keen to stay away from the inside and make that move to make this a true contest, because we know he has won up to 2200m and his last couple of runs on the track down have been very good.
