Sportsbet.com.au have got their markets out for racing this Saturday, and we have tried to find a runner from each city that appears overs in betting, and hopefully we can continue on from last week where we found Here To There at $4.80.
Caulfield Race Nine Number 2 Atmospherical ($10):
Quality mare that resumes for Robert Smerdon. She is definitely blacktype class but she hasn’t quite put it all together since joining the Robert Smerdon despite showing great promise. Two trials leading in have been good, the latest coming on Monday at Cranbourne behind Miss Vista. Sprints well fresh and she’ll be flashing late. $10 appeals.
Randwick Race Ten Number 3 Secret Agenda ($12):
Keen to have an each way bet here on this girl. Very good mare for Mick Price who was one of the runs of the day IMHO when resuming in the Hareeba at Mornington given she was back on a leader dominated track and was racing on concrete, which is clearly not her go. Much better with give in the track, which she gets here, ran well in this race last year, and she has an outstanding second up record.
Toowoomba Race Seven Number 1 Cylinder Beach ($2.40):
Cylinder Beach just picks himself here. High class animal for Desleigh Forster who dipped his toe into the Sydney Autumn and didn’t quite measure up when finishing midfield in the Doncaster Prelude. 1600m+ is the query with him, but I will bank on his class getting him home, and I am confident it will. Thought he’d open odds on, not $2.40.
Morphettville Race Three Number 11 Evangelist ($6.50):
Had his first run for Will Clarken last Saturday over 1400m on the Parks track where he got a mile back in the run but chimed in nicely and looked the winner, but was no match for the blousing finish of Here To There. Much better suited on the course proper and up to 1600m, plus Will Clarken has a fab record with tried horses as well as runners on the seven day turnaround. $6.50 is overs for mine. Should nearly be favourite.
