5 Northern Decree (Bet Now:  $SP.00) takes beating for Rob Heathcoate after racing over this trip two weeks ago at Eagle Farm. He got on speed, ridden with intent, and for the most part looked the winner, but had to settle for a narrow second to Encoder. Racing well, deserving of a win and gets his chance here.

2 Yet He Moves (Bet Now:  $SP.00) looks suited here for Chris Waller. He ran behind Just Flying two weeks back at Eagle Farm when off speed and kept chasing with purpose in a solid effort, finishing fourth. Hard fit, in form, strong late…commands respect here.

8 Expectant (Bet Now:  $SP.00) comes through the Formal Display race from two weeks back at Eagle Farm. He got off speed and kept chasing with purpose in a good effort in defeat. Gets in well after the claim and maps to do no work in the run.

6 Soul Of Spain (Bet Now:  $SP.00) looks the one with the most upside/progression. He resumed with a bang at Ipswich, giving them a start and a beating, getting better as the race went on to win and win well. All the upside in the world and rising in trip, weight relief, he takes beating.

2 The Right Way (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is on the seven day back up after a strong win last Saturday at Eagle Farm, leading throughout and he gave nothing else a look in to win impressively. Back in trip should be fine, a good racing style, he’ll only run well.

4 Kettle Hill (Bet Now:  $SP.00) should appreciate a rise in trip for Ciaron Maher after racing over 1800m at Eagle Farm a fortnight back, his first run since July 19. He landed in front and gave a decent sight from the front but just felt the pinch late in the piece. Better for the run, and with a bunny to chase, he can win.

9 Akkadian Emperor (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is working up to a win for Team Archibald. He wa the real eye catcher two weeks ago at Eagle Farm, getting a fair way out of his ground but worked home with real purpose late in the piece when second to Celestial Fury. If he can settle closer, be within range, he has the finale to take this out.

3 Celestial Fury (Bet Now:  $SP.00) was a strong winner at Eagle Farm a fortnight back. He got a beautiful run in transit under Angela Jones before angling wider for clear air and finished best to win and win well. His confidence is up, he can go on with it.

8 Artful Girl (Bet Now:  $SP.00) comes through the Celestial Fury race from two weeks back at Eagle Farm. She just got too far back in the run and was good late, making up headway, but was never a winning threat. If she can be within range, she has the finale to take this out.

1 Sunrays (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is getting ready for the Flight Stakes and this should be a winning kick off point. She went like a rocket during the Brisbane Winter with multiple Stakes wins during the Carnival. 1200m is on the short side but gets the claim and class wise, she has lengths on these.

5 Impervious (Bet Now:  $SP.00) takes beating here for Tony Gollan after her win a fortnight back at Eagle Farm. Ridden quiet first up, there was clear intent last start, sitting outside Foreign Press and that was the difference between winning and losing. Leading contender once again.

7 Wisnierska (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a must for multiples. Caught the eye two back at Randwick behind Nashville Jack before going to Rosehill where the track was too shifty and she was never a factor. Firmer deck, right down in the weights, she can run a much improved race.

6 Divakara (Bet Now:  $SP.00) has returned well it appears and the rise to 1600m suits after resuming over 1400m when off speed and closed strongly in the straight when second to Exceed Speed. Fitter and up to the mile, I say he only runs well.

10 Make A Call (Bet Now:  $SP.00) comamnds respect. He ran behind Trevenson two weesk ago at Eagle Farm, getting back in the run but was good late in the piece when fourth. That horse was beaten last night at the Sunny Coast but I am trusting that form here and this guy maps ideally.

14 Zaher (Bet Now:  $SP.00) can win without surprising. He got off speed in the Trevenson race from two weeks back at Eagle Farm and worked home well enough in defeat to run third to the surprise winner. Finds it hard to win but this isn’t an overly deep contest.

10 Shelstein (Bet Now:  $SP.00) should appreciate a rise to 1350m. He was an arrogant winner at Ipswich two back before going to Eagle Farm where he got too far back in the run and was solid late in the piece when fourth. Hard fit now and up to 1350m, hard to beat if he can settle closer.

4 Just Precious (Bet Now:  $SP.00) has found a purple patch and is one of the hardest to beat. She has raced at Eagle Farm her past couple, winning two back before a placing two weeks ago when staying at 1200m and was good late behind Gospel Girl when second. Like her up in trip and strikes a winnable race.

5 Voracious (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a Tony Gollan trained gelding that resumes. His last run was May 3 over the mile at Eagle Farm and tried hard on speed but had no answers late for Piraeus. He is a horse who does sprint well fresh and his trial to get ready was more than encouraging.

4 Bunker Hut (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is one of the key chances for Michael Freedman. He ran three weeks ago at Rosehill when getting the sweet sit in transit and was there to win but given he was several weeks between runs, I reckon condition just gave out. Fitter, he takes beating.

6 Space Tracker (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a Team Archibald trained gelding that resumes. This guy is first up, having not raced since May 4 at Rocky in The Archer when far from disgraced in defeat behind Lubrication. Liked his trial here last week and can sprint well fresh, so watch betting.

5 Ka Bling (Bet Now:  $SP.00) likely has eyes on The Weetwood. First run for Lindsay Hatch came two weeks back over 1000m at Eagle Farm. It was more or less a barrier trial for him, he got back and was never a factor. Better set up here…not sure he wins, but can run a much improved race.

Really like 3 Weigall Tiger (Bet Now:  $SP.00) here. He hasn’t raced since July 26 over the mile here when leading and tried hard but had no answers late for Space Age. Fresh legs and back to 1350m, and his trial last week here…boy he trucked. Keen.

It wasn’t hard to miss the return of 2 Viminele (Bet Now:  $SP.00) at Eagle Farm two weeks back. He was the real eye catcher, closing hard from the back nearer the inside to finish second to About To Explode. Fitter and up in trip, he has to be respected.

16 Disney Castle (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is an improver for Chris Waller. She resumed over 1200m at Eagle Farm and was good late without threatening but did clock good late splits in defeat behind Gospel Girl. Fitter and up in trip, she’s a knockout chance.

5 About To Explode (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a key chance for Tony Gollan. He was an impressive winner a fortnight back at Eagle Farm, giving them a start and a beating, getting better as the race went on to win and win well. His confidence is up, he’ll be strong late…leading contender.

10 Gospel Girl (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is flying for Tony Gollan and has to be respected after her win at Eagle Farm two weeks ago. She got off speed before angling for clear air and knuckled down with purpose late to win and win well. Hard to knock the way she’s racing and commands respect.

17 Bright Blonde (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a leading contender for Billy Healey after a strong win a a few weeks back at Doomben, getting the suck run in behind before angling clear and she made a mess of them late to win and win well. Confidence is up and has a clear liking for the track.
