The Thousand Guineas is a Group 1 mile race and is one of if not the premier races for three year old fillies during the Spring Carnival. It is held at Caulfield racecourse each year over 1600m.
The race is at Group 1 level and boasts a total prize pool of $500,000 and is at set weights conditions.
