6 Cosmic Shower (Bet Now: $3.50) looks the winner if she holds her form from Victoria. She has been racing at Pakenham Synthetic, sitting near the speed and presented to win but just tired late. Has had a few chances to break the maiden tag but this is a race with little much depth.

8 Olivia Marie (Bet Now: $2.70) is a Team Oxlade trained mare that has done little wrong in a three start career, the latest seeing her finish second, seemingly having her chance but she stuck on really well in defeat. Commands respect here.

4 Willebob (Bet Now: $20.00) is dangerous here. His lone run came on April 10 at Murray Bridge when eye catching late when fourth to Like A Drifter, who I think is a Stakes class horse of the future, so the form reads super and his trial work has been strong. Watch betting.

3 Light The Night (Bet Now: $4.00) comes back to 1000m from a first up win over 1100m on the course proper where he gave his rivals a start and a beating in an impressive return. Stack of speed, he’ll sit off it and I think will be too strong late.

4 Shady Thinker (Bet Now: $4.40) comes back to 1000m after resuming over 1200m in the Behemoth where he was outclassed on paper and ran accordingly. Better suited at this level, at this trip, I say he’s quite dangerous.

7 Bristler (Bet Now: $7.50) has a pretty good track/distance record and is dangerous with his best. Track was too sticky two weeks ago here when down the track behind Starlite Valley. If he brings his best, with his racing style, he can run a cheeky race.

2 Guru Warrior (Bet Now: $4.60) has to be winning this if he’s going to head to better races. He comes through the Leon Macdonald where back near last in the run and did make up some ground but was never really threatening. Hard fit, rising to an ideal trip, clear class edge…keen.

6 Cradle Of Jazz (Bet Now: $4.20) is flying for Roslyn Day and commands respect. Track/distance winner from a fortnight back, making a sustained run from off speed and was dominant in the run to the line. Good test here but hard to knock how well she is going and is holding her form.

1 Test The Law (Bet Now: $27.00) ran third to Cradle The Jazz three weeks ago. He got a fair way out of his ground but didn’t mind the way he finished his race off in defeat. If he can settle closer in the run, he’s certainly dangerous.

1 Grand Host (Bet Now: $3.50) appeals for Matty Seyers after a track/distance second two weeks ago, sitting off speed and tried hard in the straight when second to Starlite Valley. Knocking on the door to win and does command respect against these.

8 The Magistrate (Bet Now: $8.50) is three weeks between runs since racing at this track/distance when off speed and was good late without threatening behind Nostriya. Hit and miss but his best is good enough to threaten.

3 Vintage Star (Bet Now: $4.20) ran over this track/distance two weeks back, sitting just off speed and tried hard but felt the pinch late in the piece. Hit and miss but his best is good enough to be dangerous so don’t dismiss.

10 The True Believer (Bet Now: $23.00) steps up to 2250m after racing over 2000m at Murray Bridge when off speed and kept chasing with purpose in a pretty good effort in defeat behind Chartin. The rise to 2250m should be fine and this is a thin race.

9 Suit Of Wands (Bet Now: $8.00) is on the quick back up after a win on Sunday at Strathalbyn, leading throughout to win his maiden and gave nothing else a look in to win well. Good test here but off last start, he appeals.

8 Eaglelou (Bet Now: $17.00) steps up to 2250m after racing over 2000m at Murray Bridge a few weeks back, getting into a decent spot in transit but struggled on the testing ground. Firmer deck here, I think he’s a definite improver at odds.

9 Hysterical Lady (Bet Now: $7.50) is third up from a spell and should be at peak fitness. She ran three weeks ago here, getting back to near last in the run but really liked the way she finished her race off in defeat. If within range, she’s got the finale to take this out.

3 Thermodynamic (Bet Now: $2.90) looks to have returned well and commands respect. He ran third over 1250m here a few weeks ago when off speed and kept chasing in a good return. Fitter and up in trip, he commands respect.

10 Territorian (Bet Now: $5.50) is several weeks between runs since a win at Murray Bridge, making a sustained run from off speed and was dominant in the run to the line. His confidence is up, he can go on with it.

2 Nicish (Bet Now: $11.00) is in career best form for Team Stokes and is one of the hardest to beat after a track/distance win three weeks ago, getting the beaut sit in behind before getting clear air and finished best to score. She’s the straight bat play.

4 Maxildo (Bet Now: $5.50) is flying for Jon O’Connor and is right in the mix. Track/distance winner from a fortnight back, leading throughout and was strong to the line in scoring. Good test here, but hard to knock the way he’s racing at present.

5 Phineas (Bet Now: $21.00) is on the seven day back up after racing last Saturday over the mile on the course proper when off speed and just whacked late behind Nicajon. Hit and miss but his best is certainly good enough.

10 Chipson (Bet Now: $17.00) is three weeks between runs since racing over 1400m here. He got a fair way out of his ground but was pretty good late in the piece when third to Extra Hot. He’ll be strong late. Just depends what sort of start he concedes.

2 Jacks On Ice (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is eight years of age but maintains a healthy zest for racing, as seen two weeks ago here, leading throughout and was strong to the line in scoring. Good racing style, he commands respect.

4 Dothraki (Bet Now: $81.00) steps up to 1300m after resuming over 1000m two weeks back. He found them too sharp but kept chasing and was pretty good late behind Starlite Valley. Rising to 1300m, good upside, she’s dangerous.

13 Sensational Secret (Bet Now: $5.00) ran third to Jacks On Ice a fortnight back. She got off speed and kept chasing in a good effort in defeat. Racing well at present and is one of the leading contenders against these.

10 You Sexy Thing (Bet Now: $4.20) had her first run for Travis Doudle two weeks back here, sitting off the pace and kept chasing when second to Australia Forever. Good upside to come, she takes beating against these.

12 Uptown Monk (Bet Now: $15.00) should be better for the first up run, which came on the Parks track a few weeks back where he got back in the run and failed to come on. Hopefully a firmer deck, I think he’s a big improver here.
