9 Write Your Own (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a big forgive from two weeks back in the Highway. He got back off speed and was badly held up, not really getting a chance to build the revs in a total forgive. If he gets room to move and wind up, he’s dangerous.

5 Poisen Point (Bet Now:  $SP.00) was a big winner of the Highway a fortnight back, sitting wide no cover throughout but she found under pressure and kept surging in the straight to score. If that hasn’t busted her, she has to be one of the leading contenders.

3 Adolphus (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is third up from a spell and should be at peak fitness. He hasn’t raced since Sep 13 when contesting a Highway here when off speed and just whacked in the run to the line. Maps ideally and his best is more than good enough.

1 Alabama State (Bet Now:  $SP.00) should appreciate getting to 1400m after resuming over 1300m here two weeks ago in the Midway. He got into a decent spot in transit near the speed and tried hard but just couldn’t quite finish the job when second to handy mare Meridiana. Fitter, 1400m, class, he takes beating.

2 Vetwelve (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a key chance. He ran third to stablemate Meridiana a fortnight back here in the Midway. He got a suck run in transit and was there to win but had no answers for the stablemate. Better for the run, he’s one of the key chances.

9 Bellenth (Bet Now:  $SP.00) comes through the Midway from two weeks back, won by Meridiana. He got off speed after being tardy away and just couldn’t quite get involved behind the impressive winner. I think with a more positive ride, he’s dangerous.

Either Team Freedman are nuts or indeed 3 Pocketing (Bet Now:  $SP.00) has bounced through last Saturday. I was quite keen on his chances but he got stuck wide no cover throughout, was keen, and was a beaten horse 500m out, pulling up slow to recover. Off the runs prior, he can win this.

2 God’s Window (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is an improver up to 2000m. Race shape was against him a fortnight back behind She’s Unusual and while she was never a winning threat, she kept chasing and was pretty good late in the piece. Good upside to come and up in trip, he’s dangerous.

4 State Of America (Bet Now:  $SP.00) can win with his best. He ran behind She’s Unusual two weeks back here. He wasn’t exactly suited by the tempo but he kept on and was a definite pass mark in defeat. Up to 2000m should be fine and stable is in form.

I’m keen to be with 4 Grand Eagle (Bet Now:  $SP.00). I think he was going to burst through and win the Heritage two weeks ago but he just got cut out of a run and lost all momentum, eventually picking up and surging late to finish fourth. If he gets room to move and wind up this time, he’ll take a power of beating.

Was great to see the Golden Slipper winner 8 Marhoona (Bet Now:  $SP.00) return with a bang in the Heritage. Credit to her, she was first up since that big win and was there to be beaten but she found under pressure to fend them off and score. Fitter, back to the track/distance of her Slipper triumph, she can win.

5 Hidden Motive (Bet Now:  $SP.00) looks the leader and if the track is playing up/in, he’s a knockout at odds. He seemingly had his chance in the Heritage but was far from disgraced in defeat. Looks tto lead and will give cheek at a price.

2 Farnicle (Bet Now:  $SP.00) should appreciate a rise in trip after resuming two weeks back in the Heritage. He got back off speed but didn’t mind the way he finished his race off in defeat behind Marhoona. If he can settle closer in the run, he’ll be strong late and can threaten.

1 Estremo (Bet Now:  $SP.00) comes to Sydney off the back of a Caulfield Guineas Prelude triumph where he got the suck run in transit behind the speed and finished best to score. Maps ideally, hard fit and racing well.

8 Nordic Viking (Bet Now:  $SP.00) has the 1400m run under the belt, which should hold him in good stead. That came last Wednesday here when off speed and he kept chasing but was held late by impressive winner Shangri La Boy. He’ll be around the mark.

7 Shangri La Boy (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is hard to beat for GaiBott after a first up win last Wednesday over 1400m here, leading throughout and giving nothing else a look in to win impressively. Good test here, but with his racing style, he’ll give himself every chance.

5 Providence (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is racing like he’ll eat up 1800m and beyond. He comes through a 1400m maiden here from last Wednesday where he didn’t get the rub of the green, losing bad momentum, but picked up and was pretty good late in the piece. He’ll love the rise in trip and strikes a winnable race.

6 Regulated Affair (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is an improver for Chris Waller. He ran at Warwick Farm on Sep 24 over 1200m when on speed and he gave a decent sight but just lacked the change up speed to go with them late. I think ridden with a sit will help his cause and a recent tick over trial was a pretty good piece of work.

Contender or pretender time for 6 Gangsta Granny (Bet Now:  $SP.00). Should have won the Sheraco last start but was caught wide no cover the trip and was only nabbed late by Manaal, who has won since, so the form reads super, she should land on speed comfortably and take beating.

16 Husk (Bet Now:  $SP.00) has earned a crack at blacktype after her win three weeks back at Randwick. Admittedly she had the A1 run in transit but she found when required to finish best. Disneck ticked that form off last Saturday so it reads well, home track and has upside to come.

9 Lady Extreme (Bet Now:  $SP.00) comes here off the back of a strong win at Rosehill four weeks back, giving them a start and a beating, finishing best to score. Good test here, but hard fit in form…she has to be respected.

Very keen here on 2 Lindermann (Bet Now:  $SP.00). He’s flying this horse. Beat all bar Fangirl in the 7 Stakes a few weeks ago when leading, nabbed right on the peg. He’ll get the front here you’d assume, he loves dry ground, he’ll keep running…keen.

5 Kovalica (Bet Now:  $SP.00) should appreciate a rise to 1900m after contesting the 7 Stakes three weeks ago. He just found them a bit sharp but didn’t mind the way he stuck on in defeat without threatening behind Fangirl. Better set up here, he’s dangerous.

9 Elamaz (Bet Now:  $SP.00) should be better for the first up run, which came three weeks back in the Kingston Town where he was one of the first off the bit but he kept chasing and was pretty good late in the piece. Likely has eyes on the Rosehill Cup, keen to see how he goes against these.

5 Bosustow (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a key threat for Team Archibald after his return in the Bill Ritchie three weeks ago where the race shape was against him but did like the way he finished his race off in defeat. More genuine tempo here, fitter, he’ll take holding out.

3 Waterford (Bet Now:  $SP.00) commands respect for Chris Waller after his Shannon Stakes win. He got the dream sit behind the speed and was absolutely trucking before being clicked up and away he went to win and win well. His confidence is up, he’s in the mix.

11 Democracy Manifest (Bet Now:  $SP.00) comes through the Shannon from two weeks back. He got off speed and while he was never threatening, he kept chasing and was a definite pass mark. Hard fit now, and if within range, if the track is fair, he can win.

1 Amazing Eagle (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a quality four year old for the Ryan/Alexiou that resumes. He is first up, having not raced since Dec 30 last when placing in the Pierata Plate at Doomben, just not quite 100% on the wet track. Given a good break and his trial work has been very good. Hard to beat if he’s ready to go.

7 Polyglot (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is bursting to win. He ran here a fortnight back where he got back off speed and was held up at times but overall, I thought he did have his chance when third to Monte Supreme. Knocking on the door to win and strikes a winnable race.

9 Pokerjack (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a few weeks between runs since contesting the Black Mountain at Canberra when back in the run and failed to get involved behind Vella’s Best. He has run well at Saturday level before…not sure he wins but he can run top four.
