Chris Waller has been fined and his horse has been disqualified after winning an ineligible race at Gosford on Saturday.
The Waller trained Cellarman won Race 7 on Saturday’s Gosford meeting but has subsequently been disqualified from the race after the horse was found to be ineligible to run in a Class 2 Handicap.
Chris Waller also received a $200 fine for nominating the horse in an ineligible race.
