Rothfire is set to make his racing return in the Run To The Rose
Star Queensland three-year-old Rothfire is set to resume in the Run To The Rose at Rosehill on September 12th.
Rothfire will embark on a Group One Golden Rose campaign during the Spring but connections have expressed interest in getting the horse into the $15m The Everest.
The Robert Heathcote trained gelding was arguably the standout two-year-old in Queensland winning the G2 Champagne Classic before going on to win the G1 JJ Atkins Plate.
Rothfire shares the second line of betting in Golden Rose odds with Golden Slipper Farnan with the market headed by North Pacific who was an impressive winner of Saturday’s Up And Coming Stakes.
