Alligator Bloods managing owner Allan Endresz is contemplating making Racing Queensland an offer to settle a pending legal claim against the racing body.
Endresz is preparing to launch a $6.2m statement of claim in the Supreme Court for loss of a potential slot in The Everest after Racing Queensland disqualified his horse Alligator Blood from this years Magic Millions Guineas however he is willing to discuss a settlement offer.
“I would be willing to accept $1 as a full and final payment as long as ‘Al’ was restored as the winner.” Endresz told the Border Mail.
Allan Endresz has put the prize money of $1.2m aside and is willing to settle for a $1 payment if his horse Alligator Blood is restored as the winner of the race and the horses name is cleared.
Alligator Blood is set to resume at Doomben on September 12th in a benchmark race before embarking on a Spring campaign which will include the rich $7.5m Golden Eagle and potentially the $15m The Everest if he can get a slot in the race.
