I Am A Cool Kid has been ruled out of The Kosciuszko
One of the key contenders for the $1.3 million The Kosciuszko has been ruled out of the race after having sustained an injury.
Mudgee trainer Gayna Williams informed Racing NSW Stewards on Tuesday that I Am A Cool Kid would be unavailable to fill a slot in The Kosciuszko due to an injury to his near fore-leg.
I Am A Cool Kid was a $10 chance in The Kosciuszko odds with online bookmaker Sportsbet.
Last year’s Country Championships Final winner Victorem remains favourite for the race at $4.20.
The Kosciuszko, the world’s richest race for country trained horses, will be run on Saturday the 19th of October at Randwick Racecourse.
