Deep Impact won twelve of his thirteen career starts before standing at Shadai Stallion Station in Japan has sadly died aged 17 following a cervical fracture.
The Champion sire has been regarded as one of the best stallions of his generation siring over 40 G1 winners across the globe.
Deep Impact’s blood lines will continue through his sons currently at stud, Kizuna, Real Impact and Spielberg.
