One of the most expensive yearlings to go through the ring in recent years has yet again disappointed on the race track at Canterbury on Friday night.
The Team Snowden trained Mount Fuji (Snitzel x Ichihara) who was a $2.8m yearling purchase was sent out at even money with Sportsbet in the second on the card at Canterbury was again disappointing being well beaten in fourth.
Mount Fuji has now had three career starts with the horse having been beaten 13.4L on debut at Randwick behind Rulership before an improved effort running second at Warwick Farm.
