The AJ Moir Stakes is being run this year on Friday 27 September. Jeep City night racing takes place on the eve of the AFL Grand Final, with organisers setting up a footy themed atmosphere on the night. While the recently elevated Group 1 AJ Moir Stakes is the highlight of the night’s entertainment, additional races, footy themed activities, and dining options will also help to make this a great night at the races.

Gates open at 4.45pm, with the first race commencing at 6.15pm and the last race at 10.00pm. Admission on the night is $20 for adults and $10 for concessions, with kids under 17 free if accompanied by an adult.

Next Generation AFL Grand Final Eve Party

Along with the entertainment options above, guests and members can also enjoy the Next Generation AFL Grand Final Eve Party. Billed as the Young Members’ party event of the year, attractions include Melbourne DJ Nicki Rutherford, Photo Booth, Schweppes Cocktails, and guest AFL players.

AFL Grand Final Eve Dinner
