Today’s Andrew Ramsden Stakes was won in a quicker time than last years Melbourne Cup which was run over the same course, distance and track condition (Good 3).
Andrew Ramsden Stakes winner Glorious Sinndar completed the 3200m trip in 3:22.72 whilst last years Melbourne Cup winner Prince Of Penzance won the $6million dollar race in 3:23:15.
The times were pointed out by twitter user @CDi_Iorio.
Today’s Andrew Ramsden (3:22.72) was quicker than last year’s Melbourne Cup (3:23.15). The 2014 Melb Cup 5 seconds faster than 2015 Ramsden.
