Cascaian heads the market in today's Northerly Stakes
The Northerly Stakes (1800m) at Ascot this evening looks a two horse race on paper and that is reflected in the Ladbrokes.com.au market for the Group l.
Cascadian is the class/quality of the field and despite drawing wide, he has been best backed to take out another major, sitting at $2.60, holding the call over WA Guineas winner and boom filly Amelia’s Jewel at $3.50.
They are the lone runners at single figures, with next best being the other three year old in the race, Bustler, at $10, a point clear of Treasured Star, who was the eye catcher in the Railway.
