Punters plunge on star filly to win the Newmarket Handicap

In Secret is a clear favourite with Ladbrokes.com.au for the feature race at Flemington this afternoon, the Newmarket Handicap (1200m).

The James Cummings trained filly comes back to 1200m and the scene of her superb Coolmore Stud win in the Spring after just missing out over 1400m in the Surround last time. $5 was the first price and is now at $4.40.

The drifter has clearly been I Wish I Win, who had been favourite for the race for some time but is friendless at this stage, at $5.50 after opening $4.20. Three year old Buenos Noches has been the key firmer, into $9.50 from $14.
