Black Caviar’s first foal Oscietra will be having her second career start at Geelong on Friday and bookmakers aren’t taking a risk, opening her well into the red to break her maiden.
Oscietra debuted at Flemington on New Years Day at Flemington where she led and weakened to finish third beaten close to three lengths in what has become a good form race. She takes a step back in class on Friday to a midweek maiden and Sportsbet a long with every other bookmaker won’t be taking her on opening her well into the red at $1.50.
Punters weren’t keen on such skinny odds which has seen her odds drift out to her current price of $1.75.
The market suggests the only other runner with a chance is the Team Hawkes trained Consider It Done who is $2.80 into $2.70.
