26 trials were run and won at Warwick Farm on Friday. There were plenty of strong efforts, so I’ve narrowed it down to five. Find out down below who caught our eye the most.

Warwick Farm- Friday, April 24, Weather Fine, Track Synthetic.
Heat Two- Pythagorean (2nd):
Goulburn Cup winner hasn’t raced since January, but he looked pretty sharp in this particular jump out, attempting to lead all the way but was grabbed late by Eleivue, but Pythagorean did travel very sweetly and looks to be in for a good prep.
Heat Three- Danchai (1st):
Another Chris Waller galloper who looked impressive, winning this jump out after settling off the speed early on. Tommy Berry then gave him a little squeeze and the grey responded well, sprinting sharply late to win. He has a pretty good first up record, so he might be worth an each way bet.
Heat Seven- Fare Well (1st) and Calming Influence (3rd):
Both mares looked strong in this particular trial. Fare Well led all the way and went through the line under a hold while Calming Influence was wide no cover all the way, but she cruised in the straight and was under a big grip from Glyn Schofield.
Heat Eight- Encostanati (1st):
Bjorn Baker galloper that has promises a fair bit, and judging on this trial win, he looks to be putting it all together. He led all the way and bolted up, winning by a space, but he looked well within himself and was doing it comfortably. Keen to see how he does this preparation.
Heat 16- Miami Dade (1st):
Unraced colt for Godolphin that was clearly the best of the morning, producing a similar performance to Encostanati, leading all the way and winning by five lengths under no pressure. Best of the morning because his time was 0.8 seconds quicker than Encostanati.
