RACE ONE
Zoushack got punters off on the right foot by taking out the Fujitsu General Handicap (1400 metres).
The Joe Pride galloper was backed from $3.90 in the morning into a clear $3.30 favourite. Such was the weight of support for the fav that he held double the amount of money than anything else in the race.

RACE TWO
Soldier Of Love caused the upset when hanging on to win The Star Mile (1600 metres).
The Bjorn Baker-trained runner held less than a quarter of the money that was riding on favourite High Supremacy ($2-$2.50) which was a noted drifter today despite being the one punters wanted to back earlier in the week.
Soldier Of Love ($11-$12) held off High Supremacy while New Arrangement ($4-$4.20-$3.70) was the late mover.

RACE THREE
Favourite backers were seen packing after Ahead Start was a beaten favourite in the TAB Highway Handicap (1100 metres).
Going around as one of the best supported runners all day on the Randwick card, Ahead Start ($2.80-$2.50) attracted countless big bets and was responsible for well over half the total investment on the race.
In fact, he held more than four times more money than the winner, Ten Bells ($8).

RACE FOUR
Fangirl defied a big drift all week to take out the Bisley Workwear Reginald Allen Quality (1400 metres).
The daughter of Sebring opened $2.90 on Wednesday and gradually got out most of the week. Eventually she would jump a $3.70 favourite.
Although a drifter, she was easily the most popular galloper in the race and held more than twice as much as the next best which was Decent Raine ($6.50-$8-$7.50).
Riduna ($7-$5.50) was the big mover late.

The strong money all day was for Art Cadeau heading into The Kosciuszko (1200 metres).
Starting the day equal favourite with Handle The Truth at $4.80, weight of money and consistent support saw Art Cadeau jump a dominant $3.80 fav.
Such was the level of backing foe the Terry Robinson-trained runner that he nearly held three times more than Handle The Truth ($4.80-$7).
Sunrise Ruby ($9) and Edit ($5-$5.50) were the only other two horses to hold six figures with TAB Fixed Odds.

The money trail proved spot on as Big Parade landed a decent go in the Moet & Chandon Sydney Stakes (1200 metres).
The son of Deep Field started the day at $3 after being $4.50 on Wednesday. Going around with nearly 70 percent more money than anything else in the Group Three event, Big Parade jumped a dominant $2.40 fav.
Overall, Mark Newnham’s stable star was responsible for 35 percent of the market. Such was the weight of money in his favour that he nearly held more than Kementari ($4.80-$5.50) and Signore Fox ($5.50-$6.50) combined.

Nature Strip went around as the most popular horse and landed countless big bets in the TAB Everest (1200 metres).
TAB customers came for the Chris Waller galloper on Thursday night, seeing him firm from $4.40-$3.60 in a sensational move.
The support didn’t stop there and the new favourite, who displaced Classique Legend, continued to attract big money on Friday and again today.
Opening at $3.60 this morning, he would jump a $3.70 favourite and go around as the most popular horse with TAB Fixed Odds. He was responsible for 23 percent of the total investment on the richest race on turf.
Classique Legend ($5.50-$5) was the second most popular while a huge push late came for Eduardo ($6-$4.20-$4.40) who ran right up to the support.

Entente ($3.80-$3.50) was easily the best tried in the race and held 46 percent of the total investment.

Promise Of Success defied a savage drift to swoop and take out the Heineken 3 Handicap (1400 metres).
John O’Shea’s mare was $3.20 this morning and $2.40 favourite on Wednesday. Come jump time, TAB were offering a remarkable $5.50!
Equation ($3.40) was easily the most popular runner and held twice as much as the winner, while Golly Im Lucky ($23-$13) was a noted firmer at a price as was Pippali ($14-$9).

RACE ONE
Saltpeter took out the first at Caulfield at big odds. The John Moloney trained gelding opened at $15 in the morning and drifted out to as much $19 before firming back in $16 before the jump. There was early support for Trodaire who firmed $19 in to $11. Seiners Express was second best backed of the race with 23% of the overall market.

RACE TWO
It was a close finish but favourite Vianello took out the second at Caulfield. Despite drifting from $2.60 out to $2.90, punters were confident the James Cummings trained filly would salute, with a 46% hold on the market. The next best backed was Morioka who held 15%.

Another close finish but favourite Extreme Flight held on to win the Gothic Stakes. The Freedman trained was popular with punters with 40 percent of the market followed by sandy Prince with 25 percent. Corkscrew was the biggest mover of the race firming from $17 in to $15.

RACE FOUR
Daisies won the Ethereal Stakes at good odds. There was early support for the filly opening at $11 and firming to as low as $8.50 before drifting back out to $11 at the jump. Both Glint of Hope ($9.50 – $13) and Biscayne Bay ($10 – $16) drifted on the day and Morissette firmed $19 in to $16.

In an impressive win, Gunstock took out the fifth at Caulfield. Despite jumping favourite, the 3YO colt did drift ($3.50-$4-$3.80) slightly during the day but was still best backed with 29 percent of the market. There was support for El Patroness during the day who firmed $8.50 in to $6 whereas Teewaters drifted out from $16 to $18 at the jump.

Punters were confident that Buffalo River would deliver in the Moonga Stakes (1400m) and he did not disappoint. The favourite had support early, firming from $2.90 in to $2.60 and was best backed with 46 percent of the market. In fact, he was one of the better tried runners across the country today.
Zoutori and King Magnus were next best with 15 percent of the market each. Despite coming third, support for Justacanta drifted from $9 out to $14 on the day.

Incentivise once again proved that he is the horse to beat in an impressive win in the Group One Caulfield Cup.
