Hey Doc is the class of the field in the Carlyon Stakes (1000m) this Saturday at Moonee Valley and punters are keen to back the multiple Group l winner.
The Tony McEvoy trained galloper hasn’t raced since the Lightning where he didn’t pull up 100% after finishing down the track behind Redkirk Warrior. He has looked sharp in jump outs/work and did win the Manikato here. He opened $4.40 and has been well backed, now into $3.60.
Faatinah ($4.80-$4.20) has had good admirers with a likely decent run behind Super Too ($5.50-$4.80). There’s been each way specking for the Tassie raider I’m Wesley ($16-$13).
