Ballina Overview:
Bludger of a meeting at Newcastle, so I’ll focus on Ballina. Could have had a parlay with a few favourites, but I just think the wrong price is on offer for Enterprise Grand in the fifth. The worry is Matty Dunn’s horse Cinnamon Missile could be wound up to win given his rating is low and he’s potentially a chance to run in the Grafton Qualifier for the Country Championships, but the $8.50 for Enterprise Grand looks more than acceptable. Resumed in a strong 3YO race at the Sunny Coast when on speed and tiring late. Blinkers go on and Brad Stewart has a very good record when hopping the border to ride. I think if he wants to, he can lead this field comfortably and his form from the first prep just reads so well. Give him strength
