A punter with the TAB will be hoping Galaxy Raider gets beaten at Ascot on Saturday otherwise a photo finish result would have cost them over $130,000.
The punter placed a $15 multi at odds of $8,689 to collect over $130,000 on a 10 leg multi with eight of those legs already winning. The only leg yet to have raced being Galaxy Raider to win the Ted Van Heemst Stakes at Ascot where he is $1.70 chance.
Unfortunately though the result won’t matter with Our Gladiator pipping Left Jaybee Out in the sixth race at Caulfield on Wednesday afternoon but as any punter would agree it is that little bit less sickening losing two legs rather than one on a multi of this size.
