An three-year-old maiden runner has been the subject of a $100,000 bet in the Spendthrift Maiden Plate (1200m) at Pakenham tonight.
The TAB punter stands to profit $90,000 after placing the massive wager on the Wendy Kelly-trained filly Vitani at $1.90 odds.
Vitani, now into $1.60, has been seen at the races once before when finishing runner up to Godolphin filly Harmattan at Sale on February 20.
One punter has plonked $100,000 at $1.90 on Vitani (now $1.60) to win Race 4 at @PakenhamRacing (post time 7:30pm). https://t.co/lBjMGzvQ1p pic.twitter.com/p4DDYhueW2
