The best young rider in Sydney and probably Australia, Chad Schofield, will prove hard to beat in the jockey challenge when the midweek metro meeting takes place at Warwick Farm.
Weak racing is in store for punters at Sale. The field sizes later in the day are very good, but gee the depth is nowhere to be seen so don’t be surprised to see some big price gallopers greeting the judge.

The Perth racing carnival continues this Saturday with an excellent nine race program, highlighted by the $500,000 Group One Kingston Town Classic (1800m). Luckygray, somewhat a rather dubious winner of the Railway Stakes, is the easing favourite with the money coming for Ranger.
He was at his brilliant best last Saturday and I expect leading rider Paul Gatt to do it again when the Parks circuit at Morphettville plays host to a good eight race card.
