The Victorian government has announced that up to 500 owners and connections will be allowed on course at Moonee Valley this weekend.
The state government has given Moonee Valley Racing Club permission to allow 500 owners and up to 1000 participants on course this Saturday where the Cox Plate headlines the card of racing.
