The Mark Kavanagh trained We’re Gonna Rock is $15 into $13 to win Friday night’s Sportingbet Manikato Stakes at Moonee Valley.
Sportingbet Australia CEO Michael Sullivan said there was a number of solid bets on We’re Gonna Rock directly following this morning’s barrier draw.
“We took a $5,000 bet on We’re Gonna Rock at $15 straight after the barrier draw and then another $2k at $13,” Sullivan said.
“Buffering is still a rock solid favourite though at $2.30 and is the one to beat after landing barrier one.”
The John O’Shea trained Sea Siren is second favourite at $5.50.
